Rebuild

HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO REBUILD YOUR SUSPENSION REGULARLY?

This is the most important service we can offer for your ride. In order to keep your suspension in the best shape possible, suspension rebuilds are paramount. Prolonging suspension service will lead to loss of dampening and increased wear on the internal components. Timely rebuilds will keep your ride consistent and help to eliminate excessive wear of key components.

Your Division Suspension rebuild is comprehensive. Before rebuild work begins everything is completely disassembled and cleaned, inspected and measured for wear. All fork tubes and shock shafts are polished. Minor imperfections and burns are removed, allowing your forks movement with reduced friction, prolonging seal life. All shocks are bled, ensuring air free, consistent builds every time.

After your suspension is rebuilt and properly installed, you will notice improved performance and less fade. As an incentive for maximizing your suspension investment, Division Suspension always updates previously valved suspension to our latest specifications. As suspension technology progresses, you can continue to take advantage of our never ending testing and research.
